I order a product on ebay on 11feb 2013, which is expected to shipped till 16th Feb as per the website policy.
It was not shipped, so I requested on 18th to cancel the order they refused it. I again call them that a per your policy you should refund my money and don't send the product. The customer support told me that she had requested for that and same will be confirmed in 24 hours. But on 21st Feb I got the message of shipment details. Now till 4th I am requested them to return my money as now I don't want the product. This time they are refusing to do so.
They also closed my claim which I opened on 19th Feb as item not received.(till then they hadn't shipped the product)
