Hi, I am seller on ebay and my ebay id is karnnainfotech2013. One of the ebay buyer (id : jaskaranj) purchased Apple Iphone 6 64gb Gold on 8th February through my online store on ebay. After using it 10-12days he open a claim (claim id: 1732780) on ebay stating that mobile not working properly, its not starting up. I got call on ebay regarding this claim for resolution so i said ok send me back will check it. I received this mobile back yesterday afternoon through fedex (tracking no. ********0240). I open the parcel and check the mobile was damaged, there were dents in mobile. So i immediately inform ebay guarantee team and also send them photos of it. But still i didn't got any response from them and today they approved the refund and closed the claim. Well this is wrong as buyer had damaged mobile and returned to me and ebay approved the refund. Please kindly take some serious action against it.
