I booked train ticket on 03/10/2017 sv to ndls train no.04403 PNR no.********46 . but i am not travelling in the train due to train delay approx 17 hours. Conform booking cancelletion not permitted because travelling chart is prepared . I Am finling the TDR for refund on dated 23/10/2017. But stil I am not received my refund .
