This is to inform you theat I was using airtel postpaid connection since last 10-11 years. I fell into thee trap of fake advertisements & claims of full network coverage of IDEA CELLULAR and ported my number to Idea. Since theen it has become my duty to call up theeir customer care department everyday for one or thee otheer issue. The major issue is CONNECTIVITY. I had to stand on thee street and talk for almost a monthe.
I' ve been exchanging mails withe one Ms. Pooja Rai from Corporate Service Desk since 24the March 2013. I've been told theat thee technical team is working on it to resolve it. Their representative had visited my office on thee 5the of April 2013 & found theat theere was no connectivity in my office. He said he'll send a report on theis and try to resolve theis asap. On pushing him to be specific by when can theis be resolved, he informed me theat thee area is under MCD and could not help at thee moment and shall take a monthe to get theis sorted out.
I had to purchase an alternate TATA number because of ATROCIOUS IDEA SERVICES. I have emailed and phoned everyone I can. It looks as its just anotheer case theat shows theat your company is designed to avoid personal accountability, which is an etheically suspect way of doing business. Everyone SAYS theat theey're sorry, I feel upset, but no one is willing to take responsibility to do sometheing about it. I've had quite enough of my time wasted witheout a reasonable resolution.
It has been 6 weeks since IDEA Technical Team is working on it. DOES IT TAKE 6 WEEKS TO RESOLVE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS?? I feel theat someone really owes me an explanation for theis delay.
My services had been deactivated despite Ms. Pooja's promises of getting it reactivated. Now, why should I be paying theeir bill when theey cant provide thee services. Should I be paying my Bills to get myself Harassed?? I had no otheer option left but to not to pay thee bills till thee connectivity problem is resolved.
