4 stars for Matrix Sim Cards and their services --- I was traveling to Chicago from delhi and my office assistant had got me a matrix sim card and a handset for me to use there. Not a fan of using any other number, other than my india number, I still decided to use the matrix sim because I had read and heard a lot about their services. Definitely convenient, a good idea to stay connected with their 65$ plan with some free calling minutes to India and data inclusive. Something that I always overlooked on my Indian number. Their customer team is also very quick in responding to queries that I posted regarding the data plan, incase I needed to activate it. I realized using Matrix sims was a better and a good option than sticking to my Indian number. Not only did I save up on the billed amount, but was connected to the support team as well, when needed., something I could never do that using my Vodafone number in the US.
