I purchased yamaha gladiator ss (red black) on 19 jan 2009 from hassan motors in panjim goa initially bikes performance was sound but after second servicing milege of bike suddenly drops to 40 kmpl for which i complained to service centre for which they done tuning but problem was not resolved later on bike started stopping abruptly for which again i went to service centre but they said that there is no problem. Problem was still there on my second visit byluck this time company engineer was on a visit there at service centre he suspected some problem they done all diagnosis on the bike & came on conclusion that there is a fault with carburetor but now they are telling that company policy is that carburetor didnt got any defect for 10 years now nobody is listening bike is still under warranty they are not ready to change the carburetor & waiting for company engineer who visits only once a monts they keep on dragging my complain since last 3 months. What should i do is there any legal options avialable with me.
I m really fed up with this yamaha gladiator bike if i would have purchased bajaj pulsar 150cc that would have been giving me better milege than this.

I support this complaint. Nothing is perfect in the world. what didnt happened till last ten years may happen this years. So if carb is faulty and within warranty they should change else proper reason should be given. If its tampered by user or local mechanic company should prove it and give detail service report copy to customer.
