Respected sir

i bought fz 16 in nov. of last year,
Usually I runs approx 20kms per day only, bt whenever wheel goes more than
30kms in a continues manner, its silencer make a noise like cheeeeeeeeeeeeee
As soon as I stop the bike its gone away.
I compliant abt it many times to service center bt they make me convince tht next time
Its not happen.
But still I m facing it.
Now 1 week ago another issue generated, the auto self of bike stop the working.
In service center they replace a rely (bt they paid by me) but its not work properly till date.

Plz guide me what to do.
