Hi im chidanand from tumkur (karnataka), i puchased yamha FZ16 in month of december 26, 2009 in future yamaha from tumkur, my compalint is my bike headlight reflector is having lot of black dot\'s i shown to service engineer in 1st service on month of FEB 3 rd , he didn\'t take any action for that, after few day\'s the head black are increased, again i visit to show room on 11 th feb 2010,he told to me came back on 15 th Monday,again i visit to showroom on 15th of Monday, then again he told came back on Tuesday then the service engineer told we don\'t have stock, then i called to future yamha service enchrge he told to me we con\'t do anything,then i discuss through phone with the service in-charger, he told we con\'t replce the head light reflector assembly,we want to do no problem like dat and he used some single words also.so i decided to register complaint against the manager of future yamaha(his name is MURULI his contact number is +********4184) and service incharger his name s BABU and his contact number is +********5055, they not give respect for any customers.
And i want complaint one more issues i bought bike n month of DEC 25th 2009,the yamaha company is offered 2000 RS worth gift,still im not received any gift from future yamaha show room,they already completed 50 day\'s when they distribute the gift\'s????they not give any gift voucher\'s to me.....last few day\'s back i ask with manger they not responding to me.......why they doing like that????
