Eureka Forbes Limited - We wanted to return Aquaguard Geneus and need refund

As we are not satisfied with the quality of the water purifier we anted to return the product and requesting refund. As per 30 days return policy guaranteed by the company I have raised the same vib company help line, email id and spoken to concerned person (Hema blr). But no positive step has been taken towards this. Product has been setup on 18-Apr-2015 and I have raised the complaint on 22-Apr-2015.
