I am following up for service of my RO water plant (Reviva) for last 5 months. I had annual service contract with company. as per contract I should get 4 free services and one time free replacement of Carbon+Membrane+filters.
The relevant agency / person responsible for services has not responded my followup through phoen since last 5 to six months.
No actions has been taken for the below complaint I have registered to company website.
Once I found card from person from service center (unfortunately I was not home at that time), immediately I called the number mentioned on card (+91 ********14). He assured me that the next day person will come for servicing of Reviva RO. But nobody has appeared then.
Again I call the person three days back (Friday 12-Mar-10), He again assured me that person will come to my home on 13-Mar, but nobody has appeared.
Now whenever I am trying to call this person he is not picking the phone and blamed me that person from Reviva has come 3/4 times and nobody has available at house. While the fact is I was waiting for whole day on 13-Mar and nobody has turned up.
Actually my last service and free replacement of Membrane, Carbon and filters was pending as per my yearly service contract I have made last year
