I have made a service request on 31st July 2010 through the customer care No-39883333 for the repair of my Eureka Water purifier (Model-AquaSure Elegant RO) which is not working. I have been told that in 24 hours the service provider will call and resolve the issue. its been 17 days since I made the request no one has contacted or came for service, Daily I am making calls to the customer care, and everyday I am getting response like "sorry for the inconvenience we will check and get back to you by today/tomorrow."
I have purchased this on Nov 2009 and its has warranty of one year.
