I am posting this complain with the hope that justice will be done.
I bought my aquaguard from Eureka Forbes some 3.5-4 months back.For the first 1.5 months it was working fine, but after that one day it stopped working.We logged a complaint with eureka forbes and they sent a technician to fix it. but again within a week it again stopped working.
Since then thrice we have logged complain and they have tried to get it fixed but the fixes are not working. everytime it stops working, we get problem of drinking water and it takes a week to get it working again and it again stops in a few days
so, finally, we decided to get the piece replaced. But now they are telling us they wont replace a 3.5-4 months old piece.
Now what do we do? continue with our struggle of drinking water every other day..keep complaining to them without getting the problem solved? the way these companies behave it seems they donot have nay fear of any law and order, as if its a complete anarchy. they can simply make us suffer, all they care about is making money and they will refuse to even replace a defective piece even if its in warranty period.
Please do something about it.
