Actually we had purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes pvt. ltd. two years back i.e in 2011.Since that time it was going smooth and finally last year in November 2012 we opted for AMC service for which noone turned up to give regular checks.However person did appeared but only after giving repeated reminders.Now the problem is regarding the product is not working and there is some problem with Ignition lights are not getting on by which water could not be purified.Since two days i.e 48 hours we are waiting for someone to visit.So would like to remind someone should visit positively by tomorrow else some serouis action would be taken from our side in this regard.So kindly look into the same and revert back accordingly.
