I am Shashi Kant Vyas a customer of Reliance India Mobile Raipur (C.G), my no. is ********27. From last 6 months I am suffring from network problem at the posh area of Raipur i.e. Samta colony. When ever I register a complain with customer care after 2 - 3 days I got a message that your complaint has been resolved. But the problem remain the same. I am bearing losses due to this. On 8 th or 9 th day of this month I register a request for change in my monthly rental plan from 770 to 995 for benefit of Romming. Change was applicable within 24 hrs but till date it not changed when I asked with customer care they told me that they have no such type of request. From 10th day of May 2009 near about 8 pm I started romming uses who will bear that cost if they dont take plan change request. Few days ago I had also registered my number with do not disturb service which will be applicable within 45 day, but after sending them request I noticed taht I received a mass number of sms & calls from Customer care in a day which were never before. I am totaly hopless for the future of Raliance India Mobile & User please suggest me what I have to do. I think I should not pay the bill of Reliance Mobile. Please do the needful and oblige
I support this complaint. because we are living back word area of the chhattishgarh and we are disturbed every time for balance deduction .i will try to using do not disturb service but customer care service is replying any time this rot are busy please try again latter .what we doing in chhattishgarh.
I am fully agreed with this complaint, Relianceis having such a service in MP that can not be even explain.
