* Exact problem faced. :
1. I purchased your Netconnect 1x equipment on 7-December-2008. Paid total Rs. 3,688

* Data Card MG880 for 2490
* GSK Pre-Paid for Rs. 99
* E-Recharge of Rs. 1099 (Unlimited for 1 Month Internet access from 7-Dec-2008 to 6 - Jan - 2009) as per WebWorld Team

Note : Net Disconnected after 24 - Dec - 2008 (Not made calls nor SMS used just for Internet access)

2. Contacted Customer service advised me to Recharge of Rs. 30. Recharged account with Rs. 50. Internet Not activated. Contacted Customer Service again advised me to Recharge with Rs. 300. Asked for Billing Detail Why to recharge again. They do not have any answer Just replying my Pending balance is greater than Main Balance. (What is this Pending Balance, Why there is a pending balance, I haven\'t told about it while purchasing.. Contacted Webworld Ms. Shamal Thorat they assured me there is no pending balance Shown me an email from some manager and advised got a compensation for Loss of Internet. (Which i never got and Issue never Resolved)

3. Recharged again on 12 - March - 2009 for Rs. 801. Same problem Occurred Internet got disconnected before 5 - 6. Again contacted Webworld, they were also confused about this matter. Again assurance given.

4. Recharged again on 18 - April - 2009 for Rs. 801. Same Problem occured again.

By the mean time I contacted your Mr. Vinish Sharma in March regarding issue. Advised me he\'ll call after 5 days Which required to get usage details. Which he or any of your adviser failed to contact me.

So now if you understand the Issue. It\'s a simple billing issue. Can you confirm to me what was the pending balance and why all your customer service team gives different pending balance detail. While purchasing equipment no one advised me about these charges if there is. So its a mis-sell. That\'s why I don\'t want this service since, It\'s not reliable. And you mentioned that I\'ll not be compensated and will not get any refund without any investigation. Can I know WHY? Because when i called your Nodal office Mr Vinish Sharma in March or April First Week he said he\'ll investigate all the details within next 5 days and will contact me which i never got a call from him or any of your advisor.

Also can you confirm me If customer is not satisfied with the service and contacts you within first month and asks for refund of the equipment due to service received gets assurance again and again without any resolution. Didn\'t he/she is eligible for Compensation.

Note : Tried contacting Nodal Office and Applete Office with no avail

Recently I Received a mail from Reliance for the Same Complaint and for the same email that is written here saying there is a pending balance on my account i need to recharge my account, without explaining what was the pending balance for. Note : I haven\'t made calls to any one except Reliance Customer care which is free according to one of the advisor from Contact Center of Reliance.
And also they says cannot refund my money for the equipment, saying equipment belongs to you. I want to know if reliance cannot provide me service with out causing trouble what should i do with the equipment for.

I made complaint on the First month of Purchase to Webworld and Customer Service. At first Webworld team were not taking my written complaint but after 5 months of issue they taken the written complaint which .I got a copy of it with a stamp.

I got all the bills of the recharge made.

I\'m really frustrated and exhaust due to the harassment there Webworld and Contact Center did.

Will you please help me.
