I HAVE RECHARGED OF RS 51 SO THAT I CAN GET 5 RS DAILY AND DOUBLE TALK TIME AS MY LOCAL CALL BALANCE BECAUSE I HAV GOT MESSAGE FROM CUSTOMER CARE BUT
I DONOT GOT ANY BALANCE WHEN I CONSULTED THE COSTUMER CARE THEY SAID THAT IT IS VALID ON THE FIRST RECHARCE YOU DO BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM THAT IT WAS NOT WRITTEN ON THE MESSAGE YOU SENT ,THEY REFUSED AND SAID THEY HAVE NOT SENT ANY MESSAGE SUCH THAT AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY BENEFIT.I HAVE THAT MESSAGE IN MY INBOX NOW ALSO .
my massage service not active from past a week and after 10 times i complain them i have all complain number and they close my complain before solve my problem...

My GSM MSISDN is 0********63. At present my SIM was faulty. I purchase new SIM with same MSISDN but SIM still not activated . For New SIM with same MSISDN pay rupees 125.00 and submit all required docs . but still my no. not activated last 5 days.

hi , im the customer of RELIANCE GSM . from past 1 week they have have been automatically deducting 10 rs daily .. whn ever i call customer care they say that by mistaken it had happened and money will be refunded but sometimes they won't refund n now they r blaming me that i 've activated packages ,which i haven't done .. im very annoyed by this n i feel very bad for this i want a SERIOUS ACTION to be taken otherwise ill post alll over the internet regarding such behaviour of reliance ... i hope then every one wont even think to buy reliance...
