there is no proper network in the cities and no proper services are provided. the staff who handles the customer care centre are not efficient enough to give proper information about the account. moreover, amounts are deducted from the account for wrong reason. added to it, the conduct of communicating to the customer is not good. I ON PERSON GROUNDS NOW RESOLVE TO CHANGE AND SKIP TO OTHER NETWORK.
