Hi,
Since last four months i am using sun direct. Intially when i brought the set top box i found that it was faulty.Then got it replaced with great difficulty. Then came the part of activation- there was so much of confusion - no one knowing how to solve, poor response from the distributor etc. I managed to get hold of some Technician from Sun Direct and some how got it rectified.
Then after the major outage issue, it was start from Scratch.......i started calling up the customer care.....very poor repsonse from them, one fellow even told me to talk professionally as it was a professional call... but how could i talk to him when i called up with the english option and the person was talking in HINDI like a parrot.....non- stop. Finally after shouting at the distributor at the distributor i got the service updated 2 days ago.
From the very next day again back to the square one......only 3 channels are avaialable now.
I am fed up chasing these people...I think this was the worst customer service i ever got in my life......
Never expected this from this company.........

I support this complaint.these b###**rds never pay attention to any reported complaints.they think customers are idiots.i'm going for a case against them in consumer court.they have changed satellite and i'm not getting channels for past 1 month or more.every time i contact cust care,they are saying"no problem sir,we'll rectify it tomorrow itself."and no one does anything after that.these b***rds think they can fool customers that easily.
