I have a problem with my set top box. I have called customer care and they keep providing the request numbers, however no one is attending to the problem. This problem has been there for last four months.
Below are the details. I will wait until this weekend. If this problem is not rectified , I will approach the consumer court.

One engineer came and said they need to change the direction of the antenna, I allowed them to change, however now few other channels stopped working.
I have decided to use the old type of set-top box, atleast i can get hold of people if it is not working.
I can only say MARAN IS ONE BIG CHEAT
