SIR IM A CUSTOMER OF SUNDIRECT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR. NOW SINCE THE MESSAGE TO RETUNE AND REALIGN THE DISH STARTED FLASHING LIFE HAS BECOME MISERABLE. THE DEALER AT SHILLONG IS THE MOST HOPELESS I HAD EVE SEEN. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED AND NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY. THE BEHAVIOUR OF SUNDIRRECT DEALER AT SHILLONG WAS VERY HARSH.ESPECIALLY OF MR.RAVI GUPTA. NOW AFTER COPLAINING FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO TURN UP. AT THE SAME TIME THEY TURN UP THE VERY NEXT DAY IF ANY SHIFTING IS THERE BECAUSE IT IS BEING CHARGED. SHIFTING IS CHARGED FOR RS.400. AFTER ONE MONTH NO ONE HAS TURNED UP BECCAUSE THIS SERVICE IS FREE OF CHARGE. WHAT A SAD STATE. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANY ONE TO GO FOR SUNDIRECT. I AM PALNNING TO SURRENDE MY CONNECTION. IF THE PERSON AT SHILLONG IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE IT IS MY SINCERE REQUEST THAT HIS DEALERSHIP MAY PLEASE BE CANCELLED.
