Hi..My Tata Indicom phone number is +91-92452 25167. For the past 6 months, there has been a deduction of Rs. 19/- per month from my account balance toward the DIVE-IN-WAP service. I have not subscribed for this feature, yet it automatically deducts the amount from my balance. I have contacted the customer care to unsubscribe this feature, but they became helpless.

I hope this complaint board will take this request to the concerned department and help me to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
