I have a TATA Indicom Walky postpaid landline connection. A/c - 201309481
The phone (********) has been out of order for the last two months. I am unable to use 121. People posing as TATA Indicom staff call me every month on my mobile to check if I have paid my bill. They have taken the complaint promising to pass it on. The person who came to deliver the bill for the month of July also made a note proactively and promised to inform the company.
I raised a complaint on the TATA Indicom website in August. Complaint No. 336662 without even a response!! I haven't had any response from Tata Indicom ever since!!! This kind of ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude is very disappointing to say the least.
I find it difficult to believe that they neither care for their customers nor their reputation and business!!!
