It is so pathetic that Datawind is unable to provide the service for such a long duration i.e. 19th of Sept till date. They have clearly mentioned that if the tab can not be repaired within 30 days either the tab will be replaced with a new one or the money will be refunded. But since Nov. I call them on every 7th day and they say "Mam your tab is under process and will be returned to you within 7 days". This way they have almost consumed my whole warranty period. Now i want a new tab with new warranty or the money refunded.
I cant understand the capability of datawind engineers that they cant repair a simple tab even in 4 months. than why do they provide a warranty cards. If they are such a incapable organization with such a pathetic srervice.
Datawind is the worst organisation i have ever faced. If i want my tab or refund within 7 days.
Hoping for some sense of responsibility from you towards your customers because they are the one who bring you the business.
