I made online booking for Ubislate7+ on date 22/01/2012. My booking ID is PMB7F7530E18. I paid Rs. 2999/- by at par cheque dated 25/01/2012. Since then I have neither received the Ubislate7+ nor refund up to now. The company claimed delivery of it much earlier, frequently changed it and made many false promise of delivery in past. They never fulfilled it. I asked them for refund. Initially they responded and told me to send them my bank's detail so they can refund my money. I gave them my bank's detail. But they neither refunded me nor communicated with me. Now they have stopped responding to my mails. Their website is also displaying claims that they have started much awaited delivery of Ubislate7+ but I have not received it and as per my knowledge no one has received it. The company had taken excessive bookings, not able to fulfill it, and still declaring development of newer and newer versions. By making heavy publicity they are taking more and more bookings. I am a victim of their such highly publicized claims. I request others to beware of them.
