I had placed an order for ubislate7+ on 13 Jan,2012. I had also made advance payment and had sent the cheque of 2999.00 (No 696679 State Bank of India ,Palarivattom Branch,Kochi)on 20/02/2012. The cheque get cleared on 25/05/2012. But till on date 18th July I have not receive my device.
I have sent many emails to the company and everytime they gave a date.

On 26/3/2012 they gave date before March 2012.
On 6/4/2012 they gave date early MAy 2012
on 5/5/2012 & 18/6/2012 they gave date with in 10-15 days.
On 22/6/2012,they gave date early july
And at last on 8/7/2012 they gave the reply that delivery will be with 10-15 days !!!
I am fed up with the reply that every time replied the delivery will be with in 10-15 days, I think around all of the above dated mail reply are same.This is Running 6th month after advance booking.Datawind innovations have lost the trust ,value and service to the customers
I had contacted their Southern VP sales operation head Mr.Praveen T G and Miss Santhi who are now at Interntional Marketing Company(IMC,Ravipuram,Kochi,Kerala)and contacted Kochi regional dealer Mr.Divakar Kammath of Inernational Marketing Company(IMC),Kochi given the reply that they are not responsible for advanced payment customers and they can't given me the product without they get any confirmation from Data wind. At these period IMC sold out directly around 25-35 ubislate 7+ for the payment of Rs3120/-from direct dealer sale, that means 6 month before advanced payment customers are fools or they are making fools.I have collected all the details of customers who are purchased the same from the dealer.
now, I am requesting grahak seva kendra to give me justice.
I have mailed them many times and try to contact them so many times in the given No, there is no response from them for my order but they are not replying. You can see my order details below.
