EPF Not Tranferred Since 4 Months by EPF Bandra Office :

Dear Sir,

Refer 1. EPF a/c number MH/6075/6432 of Dinesh Chander Bhatla (Company name : Mott Mac Donald)
2. EPF a/c number MH/424/954144 of Dinesh Chander Bhatla (Company name : Larsen & Toubro)
3. FPS a/c number MH/424/53819 of Dinesh Chander Bhatla (Company name : Larsen & Toubro)

I submitted the Form 13 through Mott Mac Donald office in May 2012 for transfer of Larsen & Toubro A/c to Mott Mac Donald A/c.
Later I was informed that EPF office has sent the Form 13 by mistake to Larsen & Toubro Baroda office instead of Mumbai office.
I was told to submit the Form 13 again and I submitted it on 8 Aug 12.

On 3 Sept 12 I enquired on phone from EPF office and was told that my Form 13 has been rejected. I do not know if EPF office is referring to the first form or the second form. Both the Forms were complete and correct in all respects.

It has been 4 months since I submitted the Form 13 for transfer but it has not happened.

Request you kindly look into the matter and inform me the status and further course of action, if any, from my end.
