Service - Non refund of amount against Failed Transactions

The undersigned has not received payment against following ‘Failed Transactions’:

Nonpayment could be noticed when Pass Book was updated and verified with Refund against ‘Failed Transactions’.
Please look into the issue and resolve at the earliest. For ready reference, scanned copy of relevant pages of Savings Bank A/C of which ATM cum Debit card was used for booking of above Railway tickets.
Complainant's Goal: Iwant to get back the amount which has been deducted against Failed Transactions
