I have purchased htc explorer mobile from this website my order number is 6573421.The seller has told that they will be providing me 1 year warranty with the product then after i have received the product i came to know that it is imported product where there is no warranty in India.My phone buttons were not working when i received service center they were .
not ready to give service to my phone they were saying that there is charges and they were not assuring that it will work after repairing. I was upset and came back fro
m that day i was suffering a lot with my phone and my headset port without falling on floor port damaged as per my info already it has been damaged from day 1.This time service center not ready to do service to change my phone mother board they were asking 80% of product price now when i was trying to contact this people (tradus) they were not responding to customer care when i mark a mail simply they are saying to pro warranty which is a kit never provided to me.Please help me out
