Tradus.com - Deliver a Wrong product and without complete parts .

i had ordered a product ( Sub-Order ID: 10641876_01 ) on ( Order Placed : 2013-08-31 22:20:42 ). i received the product from courier no ( FirstFlight #O******** ) with wrong model i ordered and it has no battery included in parcel.

and after that i had complained 4 - 5 times complaint no ( 1196383 , 1197854 , 1202608 ) on tradus.com and till now after 4 days no one from customer care has called me about issue and no solution has been done .

please help me to get my money back or right product delivered... thnks
