Tradus.com - Delivery of defective and damaged items

I have booked a Hard Anodised Captain Cook Set Of 5 Cookware Pcs from Tradus.com (seller name is tele sky ) by pre-paying the required amount through net banking and also paying for shipping charges vide Order ID : 11192899 on 16/10/2013. Upon receiving the product when I opened the parcel I was shocked to see that the products were damaged and handles broken and the quality was very poor
Hence I was dissatisfied with the product and I contacted immediately both the seller through cell nos. 0********35 and 0********40 and through email id Teleskyshop.sanjeev@yahoo.com and the CEO of Tradus.com through email id management@tradus.com with whom I placed the Order.Till date no response from them Hence I am approaching you that you will help me in resolving the issue and uphold consumer rights and to take appropriate action against the online store Tradus.com trying to cheat gullible consumers. I am enclosing a snap shot of the damaged product for your ready reference.

Dear Sir,
I have booked a 12 pair Shoe Stand from Rediff Shop by my Order No 14361008 while opened the parcel I found the product in damaged & defective condition also not observed as new as described & low in Quality standards​ feels like cheated so I contacted immediately both the seller through cell nos. 0********35 and 0********40 to refund the my paid amount . Hence I was dissatisfied with the product and I want my paid amount replaced for received product at the earliest.
I am enclosing a snap shot of the damaged product for your ready reference.

yesterday. .I GET MY ORDERED KETTLE.IT IS DEFECT PRODUCT..BECAUSE WHEN I HEAR THEM THEN THERE HANDLE ALSO GET HEATED ..AND ALSO HIS CHORD WIRE IS SO SMALL...SO I WANT TO REFUND IT.AND BUY OTHER BRAND KETTLE
