I have purchased a Hindustan Unilever Pure It Water Purifier on 05.06.2009. through one of your direct sales associate(PWE-Vvek Kumar Shukla). in New Delhi.

My customer id is 1********3 & retail invoice number is IS 09/514-1515.
I;m facing severe problems with the running of the purifier for the last 15 odd days because of which I have been calling up your helpline number-92125-00600 repeatedly for the last 9 days without any result whatsoever.
There is no water supply happening barring some small trickles in between & the front panel has become loose. Overall, it is in a very sorry state of affairs.
I remember having called up that number at least 5 times since the 11th of this month & everytime I have been told that my complaint is under process & it will be attended shortly.
9 crucial days are gone & I have received no revert whatsoever from any of the service centres.
Today, when I finally took the pain of going all the way to the distrbutor\'s place at Kalkajee, I found, to my utter dismay, that it has shut shop there & nobody-even your executives at the call centre, had any clue as to where the new service centre has been set up.
Honestly, I\'m at a loss to understand how such pathetic levels of service can be expected from such a reputed brand such as Unliver??
I hold a Regional position in a MNC & do not have sufficiient time to run from pillar to post scouting for service centres.
Look forward to an early redressal on this
