I purchased hindustan unilever Pureit water purify system for my home in last year in April2008 . My I.D. 1********50 . It worked well till October 08. In the October Kit was replaced .But new kit was faulty ,out of three purify systems, one chambber which had clorine ( white powder) didnot mixed with water or dissolved in water to purify it. We noticed it in the month of July that after 9 months it remains as it ,So, we contact with company , coustmer care number, but we didnot get any positive response from there . We made a written complain at the Company website,then on 24th July 2 executives came to our house & took away the the faulty chammber from the kit to replaced with the assurance that in two or three days it will be replace. But when nobody came we made another complaint ,then we received a call from Chandigarh that no executive of company was ever visit to our house , now we have to purchase a new kit from the company .
We shocked to listen it that such a reputed company can such a foul game with us . We demand compensation from the company for the same.
