I have purchased Pureit in October.
I was told during purchase that the battery would be replaced with 2 working days.
On 8 th May, 2009 I called customer service and have ordered a battery. They had infd me that the new battery will be delivered on 12 May 2009. After that i had called them twice till date . But there is no response. i am getting Complaint numbers but no proper service.
I am totally dissatisfied with Pureit\'s service.

Similar situation is with me also. First time they rplaced battery as promised but from second time when i contacted them they said battery will be delivered tomorrow.It was promised before 2 weeks from now , there is no response till date.
It is very unpleasant for such big brand like HUL. I purchased pureit because fo the brand associated with it but i am deeply disappointed.
