We have lodged request for change of battery on 7/19/2009 at ********29 then at customer care phone. Alas! as of now no msg from Hindustan Uniliver/Agency.WE ARE HARASSED BADLY & HV TO DRINK TAP WATER OR BORROW FRO NEIGHBOOURS TO WHOME WE RECOMMENDED TO BUY. CUST CARRE IS REAL NONSENSE THEY DONOT GIVE SENIOR OFFICIALS NUMBER & NAME.
PLS LOOK INTO IT. = BHATNAGAR

I hate this company after sales services its 3 days I have ordered for a battery and, they coarse you into buying 2500 litres battery kit, than they dont deliver it, still waiting after loadging a complaint. NEVER buy PUREIT
