I am complaining again on Kaunsa.com site which is cheating people. Below complaint is not solved yet. Please take strict action
on this site.

I have ordered a Samsung Tab 2 3110 tablet from KAUNSA.com and made the payment online for Rs.9874/- on 23/07/2013
having order number kaun/148610 to which the product was to be delivered within 10-15 days and delivery date
as per site is 07/08/2013 and I have called up many times on there phone number 0120-4835000 and couldn't get
proper response about the delivery of the product.
On 12/08/2013 they promised me that the product will be delivered on 16/08/2013 but on 14/08/2013 they sent a mail
saying due to bulk orders product is not available and will issue a voucher for the amount. I lodged complaint in
their site and mailed them to refund my amount back, but no reply till date.
And also i didn't received any SMS or mail regarding order confirmation from the site and only place my order is
shown is in the site with too little information.
These people are taking orders by showing the product as Instock and not even caring for the people who ordered
first. I hope they should have idea what quantity they have and how many orders they receive as it is a simple
maths

I want to request you to please make my amount refunded for me as it is more than one and half month now.
It is my humble request kindly help me and take a stringent action on these kind of sites who are cheating people
by holding the money and using it for their financial benefits and finally saying they can't deliver the product
and also not refunding the amount and causing mental tensions to the people who ordered the products in their sites.
