I ordered micromax Canvas A116 from Kaunsa.com on 4th March , 2013 ( Order No. KA/77494/6KPAP0Q1) with delivery in 21 days. My order status showed the delivery date of 19th march , 2013. But i didnt get the phone. I received mail from Kausa.com on 22nd March that your order is delayed and will be delivered on first week of April. I called them number of times to get the status of my phone and they said its ready for shipment and will be deleivered soon. But i never got the shipping details. They said maximum it will reach me by 6th April but i didnt got d phone not even the shipping details. Kidnly help me out i paid them 14965 Rs.... and its been more than a month i dnt have anything with me... Please help me out to get rid of this fraud company and refund my money atleast if not the product.
Hi I purchased a Armani watch from kaunsa, till date I haven received an update on my order status for which I have paid from my credit card, I regularly buy from online stores , but this is the worst experience of my life, is this company fraudulent or what, these guys do not pick up their phones, my order no is KA/162324/SljZ54M3.kindly resolve the issue.
