I, Sandeep B Kadam has ordered a mobile phone (Sony Xperia Go) through kaunsa.com.
Amount- 11374 Rupees, when i ordered the product.
Now they are saying that price has been changed.
My order number is KA/128861/10Q6XCD3
Each time i have to tell the order number as 128861.
I ordered using my another email address (sandeep.bkadam9@gmail.com)
I paid through my debit card. State bank, VISA card.
I haven't received my order till date. I tried to contact customer care and their response was unsatisfactory. Every time they replied differently. I have registered complaint in their customer care too.
Here are some replies they had given.
1. Your order will be dispatched soon.
2. Order is dispatched and will receive soon
3. Order is dispatched on 20th June and the delay is caused due to vendor.
4. Price of the product has been changed and will receive your order only when you pay rest of your money.
Every time different answers.
I need my cash back as i have a feeling that they are not ready to give me the product i have ordered.
Please help me sir. I can't go to Noida to file a comlaint as it is far away from here..

Its been more than 34 hours. Admin of kaunsa.com had promised me to give tracking details of my product within 24 hours on 2nd July 2013. Even after 24 hours i didn't got any mail/ sms/ phone call/ comment regarding tracking details.
