I have placed a Order for a Nokia 100 mobile on August 1st at Kaunsa.com. They gave the delivery date as August 16th. I have still not received the Product neither Shipping Information.
Every time I mail them, they apologize for the delay and give no solution.
I have called them several times and only 3 times has their number been answered by a Person. All the 3 times I was given a date which was a week later and full gaurantee that it will be delivered. But it never has.
When I send the request for Refund, they say "As we had already sent your order to the seller so we are unable to cancel the order."

I had called your Customer Service today and spoke to a Nitin Joshi. He has given me the commitment that the product will be delivered by this Saturday, September 14th. He has said if I don't get it by this Saturday, I will be able to request for a refund on the basis of this ticket that I am raising. This is the third commitment that I have received from your customer support.
I want to know how accurate is this and the reason for the delay.

The person who I spoke to today Nisha Sharma, said its going to be delivered on 9th September. She Hung Up on me when i mentioned cancelling the order.
If you have given me a commitment to deliver the product on 16th August and you haven't done it till today, i dont see why I should accept your reason for not able to cancel the order.
Either send me a Courier or Shipping Number for my product by End of Day or Send me the procedure for cancelling the order by End of Day Today.
Also check your History and find that a person called Sonu Sharma committed last week that the order will be reaching me by Last Saturday. What do you say about that?

I called today and spoke to a Nisha Sharma. She mentioned the Product will be reaching me on 9th Sept 2013. The same commitment was given to me last time. The person today couldn't give me the shipping details.
I want to cancel this order as it was ordered on August 1st and was to be delivered on 16th August. Today is 3rd September. No positive information has been provided to me about this.
Please let me know the procedure for cancellation.
The person who I was talking to today Hung up on me when I asked about cancelling the account.

I had called your customer support on Thursday and a person called Sonu Sharma said we were going to get the Phone by Saturday. He said if we dont get it by Satuday we will be able to get a refund. I either need the Phone by End of Day Saturday or a Refund in the account.
