Sun direct DTH - Sun Direct - Not retuning the old dish to new satellite

For the last 2 months, we are not getting most of the channels that we paid for on SunDirect. Even though a free service to retune is promised to every existing customer, the service center refuses to entertain your complaints.
The toll free number is continuously engaged and you have to try 30 mts to get through. Even though formal complaints have been taken up multiple times, nobody bothers to attend.
This is pathetic on their part to not bother about customer complaints.
