these PEOPLE never pay attention to any reported complaints.they think customers are idiots.i'm going for a case against them in consumer court.they have changed satellite and i'm not getting channels for past 1 month or more.every time i contact cust care,they are saying"no problem sir,we'll rectify it tomorrow itself."and no one does anything after that.(THEY REMIND ME OF ACTOR PAPPU'S CHARACTER IN MALAYALAM MOVIE-VELLAANAKALUDE NAADU,SAYING IPPO SHARIYAAKITHARAAM)these PEOPLE think they can fool customers that easily.

My dish TV has not been working for the last 3 months. I am not getting any of the channels which I paid for. When I call customer service they say that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. They have raised below tickets. Every time I call they would tell that they are raising priority of ticket, but then there is no action taken. Below are the ticket numbers. I am fed up of hearing their sorry. Though they repeat the same thing every time I call they do not even take one sigle action to resolve the issue.

Last month after a lot of coaxing they gave me phone numbers of nearby distributors. Below are the numbers given but these numbers are either wrong or the distributors do not show any interest in resolving the issue. Though they tell they would come today/tomorrow they will not come and will tell some lame excuses. This has been continuing for a long time and has caused me and my family huge inconvenience and tension added to the fact that we are not getting any service for which we paid money.

I have been in contact with below technitian of Gladshome distributer for the last three months. Every time call or escalate him to the distributer he says he would come the next day. But he never comes and then when I try to call him he will not pick up his phone.

Sun direct spend a lot of money for advertising in TV for getting new customers. But let alone getting new customers with this pathetic customer service you have already lost a lot of loyal customers. Competition is very strong with Relience BIG TV and Tata photon among the major players. If they do not take adequate steps to upgrade existing setup boxes SUN direct will soon be history!!

About 20 of my collegues who were affected had changed to Relience big TV and have asked me to do the same. They also told me that there is no second satellite and that the claims of sun direct that after retuning the set up would work is wrong as it has not happened for any of the affected people. Incase I do not get any proper response by end of this week I will cut off any thing to do with sun direct and would go for relience big TV/ tata product which is goo when it comes to customer service. Addded to that i would be publishing in all known mediums about the pathethic customer service and humiliation I had to suffer after taking sun direct so that in future people would not be fooled into such a pathetic plot.
