Looking at the slew of compliants already on this site, I am sure, I am one of the large set of customers who is facing issues with the careless attitude of Sundirect - Sun Network Ltd towards the resolution of dish realignment. It is quite obvious that this satellite change is Sun network's internal technical problem but needless to say that the consumers are made to suffer with no services being provided for the payment made.
I personally have waited patiently for close to 2 months now and atleast 5 compliants to Sun Direct Customer care and umpteen number of calls to the local distributor who never bothers to pick the phone. On top of all, the lackadaisical attitude of the customer care personnel is again something really frustrating.
I am sure some of my fellow frustrated consumers including me will turn to other DTH service providers and will never consider Sun in future irrespective of whatever service they provide. Incidently, there is an advt from Dish TV today that Sun DTH provides least no of channels compared to the other providers in the country. So, even from the service quality perspective also, I guess SUN DTH stands last in the crowd. If I were to recollect, Sun Direct has provided abysmal quality of service this year with large number of service disruptions most of the days this year.
If I were to make a direct question to all those in-charge, would you ever care to wait for more than a minute without disconnecting the service if some consumer fails to pay the due on time? This is yet another case to exemplify that this country is more "producer-friendly" and always will be..
P.S: I am definitely not hoping that this effort (complete waste of it) would result in the resolution of this issue but more for my personal gratification.

I support this complaint.
I have faced the same problem with SUN direct and now i stopped using it. All i can say about SUN direct is "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE "
