My name is R.Rajendran i have purchased sun direct dth past 4 months back from coimbatore-tamilnadu-india dealer m/s.Moon dish properiator name is ishmail.
My smart card no is 4132 9626 133.my problem is sun tv channel only iam getting from this dish,regarding that problem i spoke to local dealer,what they have said dish has to be re-alignmented and service cost is Rs150.
Above broblem i have complained through sun direct toll free no 1********75.they have made a complaint on 24.11.2010 complaint no is 1-11******** & another complaint number is Sun-21515.
but no use nobodies are not responding.
After that i have made a complaint to sun direct nodal officers through e-mail,they are also not responding.iam very helpless to bought sun direct DTH.Pls verify my complaint and take necessary action as soon as possible.
