I am a Sun-direct DTH user from Golaghat, Assam. This is to notify you about the utter poor service you provide to the users. I recharged my T.V on Saturday,13/04/2014 for an amount of Rs.200 in the evening, at about 7:00p.m. But to your concern, my T.V is not yet recharged. Hence, may I know what for it took 5 days for my T.V to get recharged? Still, there's no sign of it to get recharged. The local dealers say that the modem in the Sun-direct office has been damaged. But, why is it that it has been taking 5 days long time-span to get it repaired? I am quite dissatisfied with your service, so also I hope the other users are facing the same situation. A major point of dissatisfaction lies in the fact that even your given toll-free number does not respond. Also, the contact number for the Nodal Officer of Assam does not respond. So, with such utter poor service, i.e customer care, I am afraid the future of your DTH is in peril. I just hope to receive better services, or else I shall be compelled to stop using your service and switch to other DTH service providers.
