Hello, i am having issues with my SUN TV HD Setup box since day1 when i took i connected in 2010. Since then i have been trying to reach the vendor multiple times but they never came or resolved the issue. Earlier the issue with Video in setup box used to fluctuate very rarely, but since 3 months, its completely off. All i get now is blue or grey screen and nothing else. I have been reaching the distributor directly but no use. I called up call center multiple times but all they say is issue would be resolved in 24hrs. But no one shows to be door step or calls even after 36hrs. When i call back, they say the error was corrected and the ticket is not resolved. Without anyone contacting me or correcting the issue how can they even close the ticket. My latest ticket is open with call center since 1st July without any resolution. Even an escalation ticket has been opened but same result. I am not sure why they are taking so much to even contact me.
Looks like the best alternative is to switch to different vendor as i lost my hope from Sun TV connection. Even for a HD owner after paying 10k just for Setbox and even with enough credit limit, i am ok to loose all as this connection is pathetic and i would never recommend this to anyone.
