Hi,
I sent Parcel through you and the tracking#0111********.When I Track this number It says it was booked on 19th and delivered in Tanjavur. I have the same receipt and it was booked on 15/11/2012 08:21PM and should be delivered in New Delhi. Nov 29th I got a call from my Friend saying that he received the parcel but the one Indicator is missing and the courier boy delivered with opened parcel. I told him to return it back to the courier guy again. From that day I am trying to track this courier through customer care also I got Murali(Who is SPOC Kelambakkam) number and contacted him many times there was no proper answer. I called him more than 50 Times still I didn’t get my courier back also not sure what about the missing item from the parcel. I told him clearly that If I don’t get my parcel I will go to consumer court he said do what I can do and he said won’t return my parcel. Can you please take necessary action to get my parcel.
