A book was sent to me by Viva Education private ltd, Chennai (Tel : 28294241, 28290304) through your courier on 16/06/10 vide Dak id no. 011148074424 so far I have not received the courier till date i.e., 25/06/2010. I have contacted Ms. Sophiya of your Head office over telephone(044-22666666). To my surprise, she told courier was delivered to my address, whereas, I have not received the same till date. Immediately, I contacted one Mr. Parmesh of ST courier branch at Coonoor, he said door was locked, hence courier was delivered to neighbours, but I asked him to give the details to whom he delivered he has refused to give the details. I request you to kindly direct your staff at coonoor to traceout my courier and handover it to me at earliest please.
