I had sent a courier from Chennai to Naduvakurichi as per the enclosed consignment acknowledgement, but till now I am yet to receive my package!!. No response from the company. I wasted 100Rs in making phone calls to track over 044-22666666. Mr.Moorthy answered my phone and confirmed the same would be delivered shortly and given some Madurai, Tiruchendur HUB numbers ********10,********9 to contact Mr.Suresh. But he diverted me to check with Madurai as he is unable to track. Hence I called again to Mr.Moorthy where I was informed to speak to ********71 but in vain other than rude behavior!!

Don’t know whom shall I approach to get my parcel, as I was in my native for past few days and no I am back to Chennai without receiving my goods. S0 I'm not using your courier service further, as this is my first bitter experience faced ever since your competitor Professional doing their service better. Very ridicules in response, the main word which hurt me was a lady from 044-22666666 said that they never monitor any unless and until the customer escalated or inquired them. My question is, cant anyone called me before initiates to the recipient’s address????

This is very good way of cheating as you cheat a lot of peoples, out of those suffer people only around 10% will do complain against you & out of those who complain you have to pay only around 10 %, because most of suffer people will leave due to so much time follow up & round of courier agency. Because they are making money by cheating and fraud to people.

I request some senior managements from ST to look forward to resolve my issues. Thank you in advance!
