My Name is Prakash from chennai . November 24th 2009 I sent courier to my friend suundarmoorthy (from chennai to madurai). Normally it will take only 4 days. But still (14th Dec 2009) my courier is not reached to madurai. While asking the head office they asking courier receipt number. I gave the courier number they verified and said they not received that courier. While asking the local office they saying they already send to head office. Both (Courier local office and Head office) are not giving response answer.
How I will get my courier item.
I have bellow details with me.
I) Courier Receipt.
II) Mail Which I send to courier office.
III) Courier office complaint number.

hi. friends plz avoid st courier. u must sent through by govt post. may be ur parcel and posts r sent oneday late but sure it ll reach exact person correct time. st courier service was very worst and they are cheating so plz avoid sent to st courier plz inform ur friend circles

But the courier has not recieved yet,today. we belive on ST Courier, but performance is very poor in Chennai.
We have complaint many times to our local agent from which we have ST courier , Ashok Nagar Branch,
we are harassed from ST courier as it is very reputed company please arranage delivery Courier as soon as possible.

But the courier has not recieved yet,today. we belive on ondot company, but performance is very poor in kaithal.
PLEASE ARANGE THE STATUS AND DRC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I had a consignment from chennai to bangalore on 10th August 2013. It is 30th September now and I havent recieved it till now.
Whnever i complainted, they assured me they will be delivering shortly and it was never delivered.
This is the worst service I had come across in my life.
