I have purchased Spice QT68 mobile from Spice Telecom Authorised Showroom Cellucom from Nirmal Life Style, Mulund, Mumbai for 4999/- IMEI NO********013274 & 7 Invoice No228162701 dated 09/01/2011. This mobile has manufacturing faults.

I have called up Cust Care for the issue they accepted the fault & asked me to visit Taipan Service Center, Koparkhirane, Navi Mumbai.Service Job Sheet Work Order No: SMH2********0111. I got my mobile 50% serviced. But for Webcam Service & Mobile Restarting problem persist. Service Center ask me contact service center again or contact seller for mobile replaced.
Surprisingly the Cellucom Shorrom is closed foever @ LS, Mulund. I have no where to go now.
I am sick of repeating same procedure.
I am thinking of raising Complaint in District Consumer Forum againt the Company for seling Faulty mobile in Authorised Service Center & later on running away from providing services.
I want mobile replaced with new mobile or money back from company. I have paid MRP for the mobile when its available @ less than 4000 in open market because I wanted a genuine product from Authorised Showroom. I feel cheated by Spice Telecom.
