I purchased new spice mobile D88n BT device DUAL mode mobile invoice dt. 05-06-2008 Rs. of 7260 with vat from poojara telecom pvt. ltd. at Rajkot who is authorized dealer of spice mobile

six month after some arise problem due to hang of mobile and network problem, I go buyer showcase to poojara at rajkot; there were authorized person told me you r go to its authorized spice customer care from RAJKOT M/S SWASTIK TECHNO CARE to meet mr. Jagat (Mo. no. is 99246 11010, 0281-3045738)

My Spice D88n has been not rectifying properly from last eight months.

The hand set has been submitted to mr. Jagat at rajkot hand over my phone on dt.13-01-09 for network problem, mobile hang and no body looking serious to repair properly or trying to resolve all technical problems.



For Same problem when I visited on 15th Marchl, I was informed it take 15 days to repair, that time I had not 15 days in my hand, Mr. Jagat told me your mobile repair in 15 days


I meet mr. Jagat from Rajkot he had told me your mobile is given our main branch at NOIDA and also advice to me your mobile properly repaired after 24 days and we inform to you

I reached swastic techno care at Rajkot to meet mr. Jagat, and I socked after 24 days bec\'z my handset D88n Bt device is not return and not repaired.


It is very hard to say I am facing lot of Physical and mental harassment with service and irresponsible attitude of service team (they just know how to harass the customer).

after 15 days (15-06-2009) When I reached to service center to collect My handset phone, the phone was not repaired and not back and mr. Jagat told me \"I have many dealership\" \" it is not one for me and very abuse sentence to spoke that time

I had waited in 7 month for my handset mobile was properly repaired and come back at rajkot branch but till date is not come back and not hand over me

I am very sorry to say they have kept my phone for till date just to harass me.
above complaint is not resolved yet
